The little black dress

I was surprised to find that I actually had very little black clothing in my closet.  When I was in grad school, it seemed as if all I ever wore was black.  Perhaps it was a reflection of my mood--I was getting therapy for clinical depression back then.  But I'm just amazed that I've been buying such colorful clothes since then.

Sadly, this doesn't help when one actually needs black clothes for a funeral.

Shopping is such a hassle now.  I don't know why; I used to love going shopping.  Now, it's like pulling teeth.  So time consuming.  But I did manage to get through the mall and get a few black outfits. 

My aunt would have loved going shopping with me.
