"Hey, Big Z?" The young Twi'lek looked over at the Wookie sitting next to her on the sand. "I've been thinking about when we first met. I was lucky you found me back then."
"We could all die tomorrow, ya know? I just wanted you to know..."
The Wookie's growl prevented her from continuing that thought. His hand reached out and covered her own.
"Yeah, guess you're right. Some things don't need to be said."
He whuffed again, before turning back to the ocean waves.
